Returns and ExchangesWe do not check design submissions for spelling, grammar or any other errors. Designs are printed as they appear during the approval step. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that all materials submitted for printing are formatted correctly.
We do not accept returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
If your item arrived damaged, or does not match the online proof you approved, please contact us within 5 days of receipt. You will be asked to return the item and your account will be credited within five business days of receipt of the returned item.
Drinkware BrandingAll drinkware is branded on the left-lower corner of the artwork with our domain name as all online proofs display. You may request this branding be removed prior to drinkware production.
Production and Shipping SchedulesOrders are usually produced within 24 hours. However, it may take up to 48 hours for UPS to pick up an order due to shipping cutoff times. Saturdays and Sundays should not be counted as shipping days when selecting your shipping method. Please contact us to arrange for a Saturday delivery.
Credit Card Chargebacks
Charges for photomugsexpress.com orders will appear as Spyder Design, LLC on your credit card statement.
Contacting your credit card company and claiming you did not authorize a purchase on your statement may result in a chargeback. A typical chargeback fee is in the range of $25. You are responsible for all fees incurred if it is determined that you authorized a purchase from photomugsexpress.com and a chargeback has resulted.
ShippingShipping days in transit are Monday through Friday excluding all major holidays. Please contact us to arrange for Saturday delivery (additional shipping charges will apply).
Customers assume full responsibilty when requesting “Delivery Without Signature” as a shiping option for their orders. The carrier’s “Proof of Delivery” will serve as confirmation of order delivery.
Shipping carriers charge additional fees for shipping address corrections. PhotoMugsExpress.com customers are responsible for all additional shipping fees resulting from their orders.
